You can buy our IDNT® products from Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the United States and Canada.
If you wish to purchase any of our products from a country that is not on the list, please contact us.
Prices on the web and currency changes
All prices on the website are in Euros with VAT included of 21%. In countries where the currency is not the Euro, the conversion rate corresponding to the day of purchase will be applied.

In IDNT® we work with different companies depending on the destination country of the shipments in order to guarantee the best service. We work with Correos Express and DHL.

Security in the payment
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. When paying by credit card you will be asked for the card number, the validity period and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using the SSL encryption method, which provides for unauthorized access to the card information. We do not store card numbers after the transaction is completed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For any product return, the period will be 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We can not make changes in size and / or color, so if you want a different size or color you will have to return the order and make a new one.
Here’s how to make a return:
1. Fill out the return form following the instructions indicated therein. This sheet must be requested by email to: email@example.com
2. Enter the return form in the package with the product (s) you wish to return (IMPORTANT: they must be in their original state and packaging).

4. Once we have received the package and checked the status of the content, we will proceed to the refund of the same.
NOTE: The shipping costs of the return will not be reimbursed, unless it is a return for tare, bad condition or wrong product. In any of these three cases, you will have to scan the ticket for the refund amount and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number to which it belongs (the refund amount will be refunded together with the refund of your order).
